Quick sweep for hazards/damage; photo + report anything major immediately.

Strip beds; bag used linens separately (Premier: start laundry or stage linen-swap).
Inspect mattress & protectors; replace if soiled; spot-treat minor stains if approved.
Dust: headboards, lamps, shades, frames, sills, tops of dressers/nightstands.
Sanitize high-touch: switches, knobs, remotes, drawer pulls.
Clean mirrors/glass; remove fingerprints.
Vacuum/mop floors; sweep under beds; check for left items.
Make beds hotel-style (tight corners, logo/label down); stage pillows/throws per owner style.
Empty trash; replace liner.

Remove used towels/robes; collect bathmats.
Clean & disinfect: toilet (incl. base/hinges), sink & fixtures, counters, tub/shower walls, glass.
Polish mirrors & chrome; de-hair drains; remove soap scum.
Restock: towels & bathmats, TP (min 2 spare rolls), hand soap, toiletries if provided.
Wipe switches/handles; spot clean baseboards/vents.
Floors: sweep & mop; check behind door.

Load/start dishwasher; hand-wash remaining items as needed.
Wipe & sanitize: counters, sink, faucet, backsplash.
Appliances: exteriors of fridge/range/DW; inside microwave.
Stovetop: degrease; drip pans/induction surface cleaned.
Cabinet pulls/switches sanitized; high-touch points wiped.
Empty fridge of guest items (unless owner policy says otherwise).
Trash: remove & re-line (double bag if heavy); note overflow if compactor/HOA rules apply.
Floors: sweep & mop.
Restock: paper towels (1 on holder + 1 spare), trash liners, dish soap, 2–4 DW pods, 1–2 laundry pods (if provided), coffee/tea sets per owner.

Check for safety items: smoke/CO alarms not chirping; fire extinguisher visible.
Final photo sweep: 50+ total photos covering each room, key details, supplies, and any issues.

Toilet paper: 1 on holder + 2 spares per bath.
Trash liners: min. 3 spare per can size.

Coffee/tea, sugar/creamer, salt/pepper (if provided).
Note low/out items; upload receipt if purchased (service fee + COGS).

Document with photos: damage, missing items, stains, broken appliances, pest signs, excessive trash, late checkout, access problems.
Message dispatch/PM immediately for anything that could delay check-in.
Log all issues in the job notes (include unit, room, and photo numbers).
